Spy Training and Spy Experience Days

Spy Training

Ever fancied being a spy? However, there’s no point doing the surveillance training unless you’re a private detective or law enforcement operative. In law enforcement in the UK, HM Revenue & Customs, the military, the police forces and the security services all have specialist departments dedicated to surveillance. If you work in law enforcement, its very likely that your training will be provided and tailored to match the requirements of the job.

Although you can go on surveillance training programmes as a civilian, they can be very expensive. If you’ve fancied yourself as a bit of a spook, you could just apply for a job with a law enforcement agency. However, if you just want to have fun for the day, but still learn about all the cool stuff from the movies, then I recommend you consider going to a spy experience day instead.

Spy Experience Days

Spy experience days are a fantastic opportunity to be a spy for the day, where you get professional tuition from ex surveillance specialists. These are some of the things you can expect from a spy experience day:

  • Learn how to shoot automatic pistols and sniper rifles at the firing range
  • Learn how to defend yourself using unarmed combat techniques
  • You’ll be shown how to use specialist spy equipment, covert cameras and UHF radios, bugs and listening devices, and lock picking gadgets.
  • Then try evasive driving – including J turns, handbrake turns and anti-ambush drills.
